15NZD for tracked shipping across New Zealand, we aim to get it dispatched within 5 working days. 25NZD for shipping to Australia. Please email us if you are based outside of New Zealand and want to purchase a jacket.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
You wearing your jacket is the most important thing, so if you want to exchange it for an alternative size, you may return an unused jacket within 2 weeks of ordering. It must be returned in new condition with all original packaging.

If anything is not up to standard on arrival, or breaks due to poor manufacturing, will provide a replacement item upon arrival of returned item. If we are out of stock in your size and colour we will provide a refund.

REPAIRS
If anything breaks just from you being a maddog we want to know about it. Get in touch and we will help you get it repaired on hotline@pemakaoutdoor.com.
