SHIPPING
15NZD for tracked shipping across New Zealand, we aim to get it to you in 2-5 working days, if its urgent, lets us know!
25NZD for shipping to Australia, up to 10 working days.
45NZD for EU/UK, approx 10-15 working days.
50NZD for North America, approx 10-15 working days.
Please email us if you are based anywhere else and wanting to order a jacket :) 

RETURNS & WARRANTY
You wearing your jacket is the most important thing, so if you want to exchange it for an alternative size, you may return an unused jacket within 2 weeks of ordering. It must be returned in new condition with all original packaging.

If anything is not up to standard on arrival, or breaks due to poor manufacturing, we will provide a replacement item upon arrival of returned item. If we are out of stock in your size and colour we will provide a refund. 

Please contact us before sending a product back with your order & contact details.

REPAIRS
We offer lifetime repair assitance, where we will help you get aything fixed. We will assess each damage case-by-case, and may need to charge for anything we canrt repair ourselves.

If anything breaks just from you being a maddog we want to know about it. Get in touch and we will help you get it repaired on hotline@pemakaoutdoor.com.
